Annual Parish Assembly
The Annual Parish Assembly will be held on Friday 18th May at 8pm in the Memorial Hall, Upper Bucklebury. This is a meeting for parishioners.
Any member of the parish is very welcome to attend all meetings of Bucklebury Parish Council or the Planning Committee.
Parish Council Meetings
There is a full meeting of Bucklebury Parish Council on the 2nd Monday of each month. These meetings are held at 7.45pm (except for the December meeting which starts at 7.30pm) in the committee room at the Memorial Hall, Upper Bucklebury.

Planning Committee Meetings
The Planning Committee meets on the 4th Monday (except where stated) of the month in the Victory Room, Bucklebury Village. These meetings start at 8pm.

Common Clearing
There are two Common Clearing Sessions each year, at which members of the public are invited to borrow litter pickers and collect rubbish from the Common, before returning for tea and cake. Anyone interested should meet at the Memorial Hall, Upper Bucklebury at 2pm on Saturday 24th March or Saturday 6th October.
