The Parish Plan is being refreshed but we need your input to make it reflect your views.
In order to help gather your opinions we have a survey for you to fill in. There is one for Adults (16 and over) and a separate one for those up to 15. Please ensure you complete the correct one. This can be done online or via hard copy. You will get a copy delivered with the Oaks but if you need more copies then you can down load them from the links below.

All completed adult questionnaires will be eligible for entry into a draw that has a prize of £50 for the winning household. The prize for completing the Young Person’s Survey is a £25 HMV voucher.
